A Hamptons native, Michelle loves that the Pilates practice has the ability to build a strong foundation of core strength while enhancing flexibility and balance. It’s a workout that feels mindful and intentional. Pilates has also gives us a deeper appreciation for the way
small adjustments can create big results. Whether it’s focusing on the breath or fine-tuning posture, she has seen real progress, not just in how she feels, but in my overall health and energy levels. Pilates is more than just exercise, but rather a practice that has helped us remain grounded and stronger physically and mentally.
Michelle's favorite aspect of teaching Pilates is witnessing the transformation in our clients. It's so rewarding to see them grow stronger, more confident, and more in tune with their bodies. She has such an appreciation for how Pilates impacts every aspect of life, from the small things like improving posture, to reducing stress and increasing mental clarity. Seeing her clients’ progress, whether it’s a small breakthrough or a major accomplishment, is what fuels her passion for teaching.
